What are the delivery times?
All orders are processed and shipped by WATU WATU within 12 to 48 hours, and delivery times depend on the carrier.
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers. WATU WATU cannot be held liable for any failure to meet these deadlines.
During peak periods, sales, or restocking, order processing times may be slightly longer. Rest assured, we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible!
How do I choose a pickup location?
You typically select a pickup location after completing your payment by choosing either “Pickup Location” or “Express” delivery. A map will appear, allowing you to choose your preferred pickup location.
If you place an order without selecting a pickup location, the shipping system will automatically choose the one closest to you. The address will be sent to you via email along with your package tracking information.
How do I track my package?
You can find the tracking link for your package:
- in the email you received when your order was shipped;
- in your order history if you have created a customer account;
- or directly in your order tracking if you are using the Shop app on your mobile device.
The tracking link is only generated once the order has been shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking link, it means your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Are there any customs fees if I order from abroad?
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties in the destination country may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility.
The amount will be calculated when you enter the shipping address and confirm your order.
What payment methods are available?
The payment methods accepted on the WATU WATU website are credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Amex.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel or modify it by sending us an email at contact@watuwatu.com.
Since our shipping process is fast, we recommend that you notify us as soon as possible if there is an error.
